Below is a basic guide for the behavior we expect from MK Creators. Final determinations of what is or isn't appropriate behavior are in MK's sole discretion.

Creators should

• represent themselves and MK in a fun and inclusive manner.
• be honest in their product recommendations.
• keep account information safe and private.
• comply with all relevant data protection laws, rules and regulations.
• adhere to the terms of the MK Creator Affiliate Agreement.

Creators should not

• publish content that is misleading, libelous, defamatory, obscene, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, or illegal.
• violate any copyright or trademark of MK or any other third party.

If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, MK may take any action we deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the MK Creator Hub.
