I am not a mechanical keyboard expert nor serious hobbyist, just a dude who, like many of us, has to work at a keyboard all day. I really liked my first Cherry MX Brown based keyboard - a Leopold; I had a crappy experience with a maybe nameless Cherry brown mechanical keyboard from a local computer store; hated a WASD keyborad for flimsiness and cheap feeling. Love my Ducky Year of the Dog on my desk at home and have a Varmilo Loong with Browns that I love even more at work. But the Minilo with Varmilo Violet EC switches . it's so much better feeling and sounding than any of the others I've used. This is really really good (that's me refraining from saying "perfect," because I've only had it for a week) for my use case of bluetoothing it to my laptop or connecting it by wire to any of the shi**y commodity Dell desktops I might have to work at all over my multi-city corporate hellscape. It just feels great, sounds nice, isn't loud, connects quickly by Bluetooth, etc, etc. Thinking about it? Buy it!
