  • As other reviewers have said, this board has terrible problems with key chatter. I've tried removing excess lube from the switches, swapping springs and adjust the copper contact mechanisms but chatter problems keep popping up all over this keyboard. Several keys have the issue for me.

I thought maybe it was a problem with with Alps, but other KBParadise boards have identical issues - it's probably just bad QC. Don't buy this keyboard.

  • I was stoked when it came in. And then I discovered: it has a chatter problem.
Specifically, on this keyboard when I hit the "V" key it chatters--I get two or three Vs where I should only get one. I tried every trick in the book to stifle the chatter but to no effect.
Now, I work in a copywriting office. I write marketing and product copy, so the accuracy of my typing is incredibly important. Having an extra v here and there is an inconvvenience at best, and extra hours of work at worst if it's missed during the design stage, but it also makes a problem when copying and pasting: because I end up pasting two or three times. And in some messenger programs, like skype, when you copy-paste an image it auto-sends. So when I ctrl-V to paste an image (which I do by habit) I end up sending my team the same image three times, and apologizing.
So I called up mechanicalkeyboards.com and complained, and they (to their credit) immediately sent me out a new keyboard.
The new keyboard also has chatter--on the space key.
You know what's bad? a rogue letter v somewhere that almost makes it to print. You know what's worse? a rogue space. Do you know how hard it is to find rogue spaces? It's REALLY HARD.

Do not buy. They need to fix their QA.

  • I was very unhappy with this keyboard when it arrived, due to excessive key chatter in three keys.

That being said, I read that these keyboards may come overlubed, so I removed some lube from those three keys and it's a fantastic board to use every day.

The quiet click switches are some of the most tactile and natural feeling switches I have used ( I also have a V60) and would definitely recommend KBParadise boards.

The key caps are a fantastic double shot set and have almost no wobble or inconsistencies

    Tl;dr:
This is a fantastic keyboard. If you have issues with chatter, clean the switches a bit, and it will be one of the best keyboards ever.
