I just received this keyboard and it feels fantastic. I also want to clear up some of the confusion with this board.
It does not have the same keycaps as the Pok3r non-RGB. They look similar but they're a thinner PBT.
It does not have USB C.
It does not have a plastic case. Some people were saying its a plastic case, its actually metal.
The stabs are a bit rattly, so i'm going to use some grease.
This is my 3rd 60% layout board. I love this board.
This is the perfect board for trying cherry mx clears because they are pcb mounted switches it is incredibly easy to make any modifications you might like. Personally, I've lubed all the switches on this board and swapped in 65g springs with none of the pain of desoldering switches.
Just got this today (6/15/17), and I'm in love!!!! everything feels solidly built, and well put together. the keyboard is nice and compact (being 60%) and provides amazing feedback with each keypress. Definitely a happy camper!!!! Will most definitely be ordering from this site for years to come!! MechanicalKeyboards.com, you have earned yourself a repeat customer!
I don't have this keyboard but I can tell you the keycaps are amazing. I bought a set for my corsair k70 and I love em to death
This is my first purchase from MK. I tried my friend's tenkeyless CODE featuring cherry MX clears. Absolutely silky! So I ordered this. Love the form factor, the case isnt metal but whatever composite it's made from is really stiff and doesnt flex at all. the keyboard feels very sturdy and the switches are like typing on butter! really great for typing, might be a bit too heavy for gaming. I had a hard time figuring out the difference between the pure and the poker, looks like this is a peared down, less featured keyboard. considering I wont ever use macros, that isnt an issue for me. As far as service MK shipped immediately and the packaging was simple and enough to keep my keyboard safe in transit. Excellent all around!
