![]() | Kailh Speed Pro Purple Switches Plate Mount Tactile |
Keep it short and sweet. This is a heavier brown. The bump happens very early in the stroke. Very smooth as well. Coming from cherry browns, i felt they were to light. It was either kailh purples or cherry clears. I thought the clears would be to heavy for me. But I feel I can bottom these purples pretty easy.
This is a very nice middle ground for people looking for something between a cherry mx brown and a zealio switch. These aren't as snappy and tactile as zealios, but they are smoother and have more tactility than an mx brown. Since these are speed switches you get the actuation a little bit higher which is nice for gaming. So if you've tried the new cherry mx silvers and want something a little bit heavier and with more of a tactile feel these would also be a good replacement for those.
I personally was hoping these would have the tactility of my zealios with the actuation being a bit higher. I was a bit disappointed by the tactility on that front, but I guess you can't have everything. I do recommend these, but for being a purple switch they do lack a bit of tactility in my opinion.
