  • I'll admit I'm a major fan of Vortex after using the Race 3 and Core keyboards. I use the Core for work and I loved my Race 3 but the Pok3r v2 has been my daily board on my personal computer for over two years now.

The low profile of the case makes it for me. I can keep my hand completely flat without having to bend my wrist when I'm gaming which I personally value over anything else. Quality key caps and a no nonsense design at only 99$? If you're on the fence and don't need dedicated F keys, just do it. You won't regret it.

  • very good it feels like you have aimbot in any game

  • this is a really good keybored it it has a really good feeling and grip

  • This keyboard has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and it offered me just about everything I could have wanted out of a board. It's slim, compact, and minimal in its design; it's built sturdily on a solid metal base; the caps are beautiful and high quality; the programmability is highly functional with support for multiple programmable layers; RBG is implemented extremely well in this board with an high degree of flexibility and customization (even though I don't generally care for RGB as a feature, I like how it's done here).

I was uncertain about how I'd like the low-profile Cherry reds as I generally dislike the lack of tactility in linear switch types, but this keyboard is comfortable to type on. It's honestly a dream. I am very pleased with this keyboard overall, and for its price (currently at $99), this is a steal.

  • I love the board. Solid build, great keycaps, good manual to explain shortcuts, etc. Has many RGB options if you're interested and you can program them all on the board (no software). Pleasure to type with and exactly what I wanted.

NOTE IF YOU HAVE THIS ISSUE: My Windows (labeled Sys) and Alt keys were switched on the default layer (but not the three macro layers). I found the newest version of the firmware on the Vortex website with a quick web search and installed it onto my board with the downloadable .exe, and all issues were fixed.

  • Build quality is very good. It takes a little time to get used to which a different set of keyboard shortcuts to learn. I'm using mine with 2mm dampeners and a magnetic USB-C cable. (no kvm yet)
I've had this for about 4 months so far, switching between 2-3 computers, for work, gaming, etc No issues. I do like typing on it quite a bit. I've used a few other keyboards over the years and so far this has been my favorite. I just wish that had more keycap options or maybe shine through keycaps, but that is nit picking.

  • This keyboard checked all the boxes on my list:

    Strong build/metal base. Check.
    Custom keycaps. Check.
    Backlighting. Check.
    No software customization. Check.

The low profile Cherry Reds have been very comfortable for long periods of typing as well as gaming and the keycaps are thick and don't feel cheap at all.

  • The pictures of this keyboard look great. I had preordered the keyboard and was really excited to get it. The build quality is not nearly as good as the Vortex Race 3. The keycaps look and feel cheap, the keys aren't aligned properly, and the overall build of the keyboard is low. I'm really disappointed in this product, to the point that I feel bad reselling it to another user. Also, the keyboard has lights; I looked online for a manual on how to control the lights and the instructions don't actually work with this keyboard.
