If you're looking for a replacement for Cherry MX Blue switches, look no further. I cannot recommend these switches enough. They have a genuinely 'thocky' sound keyboard enthusiasts are looking for, and offer increased key stability. I just replaced my switches on a Ducky One 3 SF keyboard, and have been very pleasantly surprised with the result.

Cherry MX Blue switches sound much more high pitched and somewhat annoying compared to the sound of the jades. Jade switches are often said to be the loudest clicky switch on the market. I feel like my Blues sounded considerably louder and slightly unbearable.

These switches are exceptional. Far more tactility then any MX style switch, better stability, amazing sound. Super solid switch overall.

Wow, these are tactile. Though the force required actuation is relatively low compared to other clicky switches, the force to get over the tactile bump is a lot higher, so these feel much heavier. This isn't a bad thing. In fact, this is a daily driver for me. I do graphic design and video, and I have a 104 key board with these that I use for Adobe CC. The high tactility and bottom out force helps me make very precise keystrokes for shortcuts. Sure, you can CTR/COMMAND Z yourself into oblivion, but this precision saves me time and aggravation. My wife works with Excel all day and she too loves these for the sound and feel.

Unlike most clicky switches, the click sound of box switches comes from a click bar instead of a jacket. This results in a deeper, more pronounced click compared to the high-pitched rattle of most others. For me at least, it just sounds like how a clicky switch should sound. YMMV, but these are to heavy for me to use for long typing sessions, but I also game and type on Kailh speed silvers modded with 45g springs, so I'm an extreme case. That board is so light and sensitive that you can type by winking at the keys.

Overall, these and the box whites have really turned me into a Kailh homer.
