Mechanical Keyboards, Inc. can often repair switches, diodes, and LEDs on your mechanical keyboard.  If you are unsure what’s causing the problem, please contact us before ordering.

If you have a keyboard we do not currently stock, please submit a support ticket ahead of time to ask whether we are able conduct a repair on your item. Repairing keyboards can be very risky, and we may not be able to replace your keyboard should something go wrong with the repair.

Base repair charge covers the repair/replacement of up to (3) switches, diodes, or LEDs.

Keyboards which have experienced liquid spills are never eligible for repair.

Please be sure to provide a detailed explanation of the symptom(s) under “Order Comments” at checkout, so that our tech knows what to look for.

  • I bought a v60 Plus Mini back in early 2018. It stopped typing around 2 years later in late 2019. Since the warranty period had passed, I decided to contact the folks at mechanicalkeyboards.com to see if they could conduct a repair on my keyboard. They gave me the okay and I sent it over to them after paying for the service and return shipping. They were able to give me an entirely new board (minus the keycaps) and returned it to me within a week of reception. I'm extremely grateful for the fast service.
