Refund policy

We look at each return on a case-by-case basis with customer satisfaction in mind. We're happy to walk you through troubleshooting via email and phone support to help you learn your new item.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for new, unopened items purchased from our site or store within 30 days of delivery. Any return item that does not meet these criteria will not be accepted and returned to the original address. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. MK staff can assist with creating shipping labels for most domestic and some international returns.

We do not accept returns for any of the following:
  • Preferences like acoustics, aesthetics, or feel.
  • Quality maxing through “binning” / buying multiple of the same or similar item to test out.
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees.
  • Final sale items.
  • Tabletop gaming items.
Return Process

Items can be returned in-person or securely shipped to an MK store. If you wish to ship your return, please submit a return request using the MK contact form

Be sure to fill out the form completely, including your order number and reason for return.

Defective Items

Defective, damaged-in-transit, and missing items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect shipped items carefully and in a timely manner. In cases where we are unable to provide repairs or replacement parts, a return may be granted based on severity and manufacturing tolerances.

Refund Method

We do not offer item exchanges. Returns are reimbursed by refund or store credit. MK is not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards or cancelled cards no longer in your possession.

Repeat Returns
To minimize prices and shipping costs for our regular customers, MK reserves the right to suspend new orders for accounts with extremely high return rates or that otherwise abuse the return system.
