This board is fire out the gate, and can be king with a few mods

This beast of a board is my first legit mechanical keyboard. I picked up the V6 from Amazon and then brought it back. This board is so much better. The metal frame, better acoustics, and heavy weight are next level.

I live in Phoenix, Arizona where MK have a storeroom. So I picked up mine there. They switched out the switches to BSUN Bunny's. Other than that it's stock. I even love the very tall, sculpted keycaps. I will eventually change keycaps, but am in no rush. And when I do I'm considering the other tall profiles (SA/MT3) because Keychron showed me that tall profiles are awesome.

I love the white on the Q6. My black V6 was meh.

I got to test other boards in MK's storeroom like the Chilkey ND75, Evoworks Evo80, and Meletrix BOOG75 which have better, thocky-er, buttery-er sound. Not sure why. They're smaller boards maybe? But I think with a force mod (padding gaps where metal touches), tape mod (put tape on the back of the PCB), and adding Kilmat (automotive sound dampener to case bottom) per Hipyo Tech's videos, this thing could be the king of the full size boards! But just with the switch upgrade alone, this board is fire.

Definitely better sounding boards out there for the enthusiasts. But you can't go wrong with this one. Especially if you need a full size, which has limited options. It you can live without the numpad, you have so many more options. But I use the numpad daily for work.

It's a bit on the pricey side. It took a bit of mental prep to justify $200+ on a keyboard, but IMHO, it's worth every penny.

My next board will likely be the Evo80 or ND75. But until then I'll be happily rocking this bad boy.

Hey, this is the keyboard I’ve been searching for! The keys feel amazing on my fingers, and they have these ergonomic curves that make typing super comfortable. The system behind it is incredible and super customizable. I did notice one thing though: it’s a wireless keyboard, but has to be plugged in to update the software.

Almost perfect

The keyboard was almost perfect, but the stabilizers were way over lubed and were pretty sticky, had to be redone. Other than that very happy with the keyboard
