Cherry MX Green switches are the best cherry switch for typing. The tactile bump can easily be felt, and the resistance is similar to your average keyboard. Although many people find them just fine for gaming, some don't like the fact that the release point is above the actuation point. This can cause some trouble with double-tapping. This is usually the case with someone who has experienced other mechanical switches before hand. As a note: this switch actually has a peak force of 105g, it is 80g at the point of actuation. This is due to the design of the Cherry switch itself.

Cherry MX Green Switch

This was my first time trying a clicky switch and I absolutely love these. I got the greens because they have an 80g actuation force and my old switches were 40g... I found that I would accidentally strike keys without meaning to and this heavy switch solved the problem. I wish they had shipped in some sort of container as there were a few with bent contacts but thats why I ordered more than needed so not too big an issue. Also I didnt realize I should have ordered RGB versions as this model doesn't allow RGB lights to pass through at all. So keep that in mind if you need these for an RGB build find the Green RGB version with a clear housing.

Love these! Super easy to order, everything shipped very quickly, and the quality is as expected. These switches are great, very similar (but better IMO) than Cherry MX Blues.

Nice switches

Not much to say about these. They're heavier than blues, which is why I bought them. Still not sure which I prefer. If you like clickies then give them a try. Some people complain that heavy switches are hard to use and that they cause finger fatigue. I don't know where that comes from. A baby could press these. In fact, mine does.
