Glorious PC Compact Wooden Wrist Rest

I ordered one of these a few years ago, and it's held up okay for most of the duration. It's easy to place and remove when you want to rearrange your desk, and the main piece of it is sturdy. The wood surface has held up without rubbing down noticeably, and it feels pleasant on my skin.

However, there's one significant problem I've run into, which is that the adhesive used to keep the rubber feet on seems to degrade pretty quickly. Some months in, the feet were starting to slip sideways (toward a long edge), requiring me to slide them back (which no doubt put more strain on the adhesive in the process). Today I noticed one of the feet had fallen off completely somewhere and the adhesive had wound up leaving a sticky patch on my desk instead. It's notable that I live in a hot climate and was frequently propping up the wrist rest diagonally when not using it, but I always picked it up vertically and didn't slide the feet along anything (other than the necessary corrective above) nor store it jostling freely against other objects. The feet are essential enough to the use of the wrist rest in practice that that feels like that compromises the overall quality, but it did still give me pretty good value while it lasted.

Perfect! I got two to go with the Vortex Race 3's I got for home/work and it's a bit darker than I was expecting (it's pretty reddish brown) but very comfortable. The grain on both was very nice and it has thick, quality rubber feet to keep it from moving. Definitely recommend
