The V2 Max with Gateron Brown Switches offers a fantastic typing experience. I prop up the adjustable feet to max height (9º) and use a wrist support and this is the most comfortable typing I had in a while. Feedback is good, has a solid feel and rewarding sound without being too loud. In the recent few months I tried several other keyboards and this has been the best.

Not all switches are the same. My V2 Max has Gateron Jupiter Brown Switches which are a delight to work with, but they do offer some double key registers now and then. I’m still getting used to it and it is my only annoyance so far.

Bluetooth connectivity has been rock solid. You’ll encounter several complaints about bluetooth connectivity related to Keychron, but I haven’t had any with the V2 Max. Note that I do have a K7 Ultra-slim and that one is a terrible experience, triggering a computer bluetooth reset several times a day, locking keys during it which could be an arrow, a letter or the delete key, and you’re powerless to do anything meanwhile. I’m very happy that the V2 Max has none of those issues.

In addition to bluetooth, the V2 Max comes with two 2.4GHz receivers, one for USB-A and another for USB-C. They are compact and slim. Works well without disconnects so long as you don't have them too far away and with a clear line of sight between the keyboard and receivers. One thing I wish they would've done better was to allow for switching just using the Fn+{QWER} keys including from bluetooth to 2.4GHz. Alas you switch between bluetooth and 2.4GHz by the physical switch on the top of the keyboard, and the Fn+R key is used mainly to pair.

Accessories wise it comes with some key caps to replace the orange ones for grey and windows key caps if that is what you’re using it for. It also comes with a longer USB-C to USB-C cable with adapters to USB-A and female to female adapter to bring the 2.4GHz transmitter closer to the keyboard.

Overall this is the best keyboard I’ve had in a while and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
