Practical for work usage

Great layout and the silent red switches are perfect for an open office environment. My only beef is that relegating the home and end keys to a function key modifier is somewhat inconvenient. Bothers me less on the Mac, where those two keys aren’t as important. I’d rather see something like F9–12 relegated to being a function key layer.
