Lofree once again partnered with Kailh to rethink the switch from its physical structure. The result is something entirely new. The Nexus Mechanical Magnetic Switch is the first switch to truly combine the advantages of both magnetic and mechanical systems. It retains the precision and speed of magnetic actuation, while introducing the feedback and sound of a mechanical structure. In gaming, 0.01mm Rapid Trigger and dual 8K polling deliver faster, more precise input. In everyday use, the mechanical structure and gasket system provide stability, consistency, and a refined feel. At the same time, Hyzen supports hot-swappable compatibility with both magnetic and mechanical switches, allowing you to tailor your typing experience to different needs.


The Lofree Hyzen67 keyboard uses Lofree x Kailh Nexus Mechancial Magnetic switches. These switches use magnets and sensors instead of physical contacts to process actuations, creating a much smoother keypress without bounce or chatter. The adjustable actuation point is determined not by location but by distance travelled.

Hyzen is built on TMR (Tunnel MagnetoResistance) sensing technology — a next-generation magnetic sensing solution. Unlike traditional Hall Effect sensors that detect magnetic field strength, TMR measures resistance changes, allowing it to capture far more subtle variations in key travel. TMR also offers improved temperature stability, stronger resistance to interference and lower power consumption.


Adjustable Actuation
Adjust actuation point between 0.01mm to 3.5mm to strike the perfect balance between speed and control.

Rapid Trigger
Keys can reset and re-trigger instantly, without returning to the top position. This removes the physical limitation of traditional switches, bringing faster repeated inputs, more responsive movement and tighter control in high-speed scenarios.

Dynamic Keystroke (DKS)
One key. Multiple actions. In FPS games, a single press can smoothly trigger - aim, shoot, reset - allowing complex sequences (up to 4 actions) to happen in one motion.

Mod Tap
Tap for one action. Hold for another. In action or RPG games, you can combine - quick skills (tap), charged abilities (hold) - without moving your fingers.

Toggle
Turn continuous actions on or off. Perfect for auto-run in open-world games or repeated actions in farming or grinding. Free your fingers without losing control.

Rapid Successive Priority
When multiple keys are pressed, the deeper press takes priority. In competitive scenarios, this ensures intentional actions override accidental ones — critical for movement and control accuracy.

SOCD Directional Input Control
Manage conflicting inputs like left/right or up/down. Essential in fighting games (clean directional inputs) and PS movement (precise strafing and counter-strafing) to ensure your inputs stay clean and predictable.

Hyper Tap
Trigger multiple inputs with one key. In fast-paced games, this enables - jump + crouch combos, advanced movement shortcuts, complex macros without delay.
