The primary purpose of this wrist rest is to keep your wrists and arms in line and parallel with the floor (thereby reducing strain, and the likelihood of carpal tunnel symptoms). As such, we designed this wrist rest to be comfortable while being firm and supportive. It is not recommend for users looking for a 'pillow-like' wrist rest.
