Just a quick advise that surely is needed for anyone getting this item (I'm copy-pasting message from email I received from OEM directly after asking for support): =========================== This is the firmware (driver) of the VSG49 keyboard. Please use it to upgrade your keyboard on a Windows computer. *Link redacted* The upgrade method is very simple. Click connect first, and then click Program after the progress bar runs out. Please note that after the upgrade is completed, you need to turn off the firmware. It is best to press Fn D for 3 seconds until the Caps-Lock indicator flashes 3 times to reset the keyboard. Otherwise, the key positions may be upset. =========================== I just followed the above and can happily confirm the firmware on my keyboard got upgraded. When executing the file, you will receive a warning message that the computer is suspicious about running the file considering the possibility of a virus, but I confirm little file-program is legit and you may proceed with its execution without any fear. Once you complete the process, just follow the Fn D for 3 seconds and this seals the new upgraded firmware and now the keyboard will respond to the PN TAB combination in order to have the caps-lock function working properly.

Just got it, and as a matter of fact, I'm using the little guy to type and it's all I could've ask for in this keyboard category. The only reason I had to knock off one star from an otherwise perfect score is the lack of information on how to get this to work as when you have no idea that they keyboard will not be recognized by your PC unless you use a USB cable that has USB-A to USB-C. Just imagine the excitement of getting to type your very first character only to be faced with NOTHING happening --> My laptop is of recent build and only has USB-C ports, so I was using a USB-C to USB-C cable which now I know was the cause of the anticlimactic first experience. Forget about finding proper documentation in the box, just a QR code that also leads to next to nothing in the instructions department. Was very bummed out and decided to connect to an old chromebox with that had USB-A and to great relief the little guy came to life. Nonetheless that first experience has gone sour already. Fortunately, I had an adapter that allowed to connect to my laptop and here we are. I was tempted to give it 3 but after all, it all stemmed from a lack of information and not a defect. If we are to go purely by the product itself, it's a perfect score.

Having received just today morning in South Korea, thank you for the safe packaging. first, it was quite hard time to get used to typing with this smallest keyboard I've ever had, and I still don't know where the 'Caps Lock' key function is. I hope you supply A Good Manuals to use it, and this is quick guide for the users. there are 3 lights on the left side of this keyboard, from the top, this order below; 1. Fn key function ON/off (toggle) 2. Pn key function ON/off (toggle) 3. Scroll lock function ON/off and Pn key(left) is for blue printed key function, which is left position of keycaps printed, on the other side, Fn key(right) is for red printed key function, which is right position of keycaps printed.
