Great keyboard! Overall great build quality and I love how easy it is to change the switches whenever you want!
First mechanical keyboard ive owned. This keyboard is awesome. Great quality. Definitely recommend
I was looking for a quiet keyboard and I bought this with the silent cherry reds. It is even quieter than I expected. The keyboard feels great and has a lovely typing experience.
This keyboard exceeded my expectations. This is my first MK but I did a lot of shopping including the ones they sell at Best Buy, such as the high end Logitechs and Razors. The $200 keyboards at Best Buy feel nothing like this in terms of the build. They all share the same plastic case feel and are relatively light in weight.
The build and finish of this Ducky One 3 is amazing. Out of the box, it has some wow factor that you just don't get from the photos. It's HEAVY! The blue frame on the top has a pearl shimmer to it, similar to car paint, and I wasn't expecting that. It's very nice. The RGB lights are fun to play with. With minimal instructions, you can do a lot. Right now I found a setting that lights up the key you pressed and it slowly fades away. But the coolest part is that you can even choose the color of the light for this particular setting. And this is all done on the keyboard itself, without any software on the computer, like you are forced to do on a Logitech. So this was a big selling point for me, because I'm using this for work. I work at a bank, and my computer is strictly locked down, and software is not an option for me. That doesn't stop me one bit from taking full advantage of this keyboard.
I don't have much hands on experience with MKs, but all I can say is that for this price point, you are getting something that would be 3 times the price if you found it at Best Buy.
